Returns

Please e-mail admin@bokandrose.co.uk to manage your return. Please note refunds/cancellations are at the discretion of the Directors of The Bok and Rose and are dependent on the nature of the product and the condition thereof. For meat products returns will not be processed due to health and safety.

 

In the event of a refund being given, The Bok and Rose may still need to charge for the delivery of your order unless there is a defect with the product. Again this will be left up to the discretion of the Directors at The Bok and Rose.

In the event of any damage to orders, please submit photographic evidence of all damage as compensation, if granted at the discretion of the Directors at The Bok and Rose, will only be given for the items for which this has been provided.
